Maple Vinaigrette Dressing

We use our Amber Rich and Dark Robust syrups, produced near the end of the season, in our Maple Vinaigrette Dressing. As the season progresses, the syrup darkens and the flavor intensifies... perfect for our dressing!

The dressing can be used in salads, on grilled vegetables, or as a marinade for chicken, beef, pork and fish.

Because of the natural sugar content of the syrup, cooking with the vinaigrette on the grill or under the broiler produces a nice caramelization... yum!

Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup

We take our Chepachet Farms Amber Rich maple syrup and add cinnamon sticks while the syrup is still hot. This draws the flavor into the syrup creating an exciting twist on the timeless taste of maple. A nice dessert syrup, it also adds a special flavor to coffee and tea.

When the bottle is empty, don't discard the cinnamon sticks! They can be added to warming milk when making oatmeal, bread pudding, or grape nut custard.

Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup

We begin with Mexican vanilla beans which, while similar to Madagascar beans, has a darker flavor that is perfect when macerated in our 100% pure Chepachet Farms maple syrup. Once bottled, it is then aged to concentrate the mellow, yet delicate, flavor.

Perfect with a decadent breakfast or brunch, our Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup is an exciting twist on the timeless taste of maple.

Maple Walnut Syrup

We begin with our Amber Rich maple syrup, cook it down and add lots of walnuts. Not only is this a great topping for ice cream, either cold or warmed, it can be blended into a dressing for a salad with pears, grapes and lettuce, tossed with roasted Brussels sprouts, or mixed into batter for muffins. We've been told entire jars have been eaten with a spoon right from the fridge!

Maple Sugar Rub and Seasoning
We take our pure maple sugar and combine it with a few other simple ingredients, and just the right amount of heat (but not spicy). Sprinkle it on steak, chicken, salmon, vegetables, even mashed potatoes & macaroni and cheese.

Coffee Infused Maple Syrup
We've been putting maple syrup in our coffee (instead of sugar), so we figured why not try incorporating coffee into our syrup? What better way to get a little extra caffeine boost in the morning. Coffee infused maple syrup can also be enjoyed as the perfect addition to ice cream, yogurt or French toast.

Chipotle Maple Infused Maple Syrup
We added something to the sweetness of maple, the smokiness of the chipotle peppers. The earthy smoky pepper undertone pairs incredibly well with the rich amber sweetness of our maple syrup. Try it with your morning pancakes for something truly outside the box. Our chipotle maple syrup pairs wonderfully with chicken, salmon and pork.
